This is a comprehensive training program for golfers of all levels of fitness, aimed to help you compete at your highest level. We offer small group training for youth golfers and adult fitness classes focused on the golf athlete. You can drop in once a week or commit to a three day a week program, it is up to you!

MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Brett Stefan
Dr. Brett Stefanhas a love for sports and competition. In order to stay in the sports world moving from a young athlete to adult athlete, Dr. Brett decided early on in his education that he wanted to continue to work and train in golf because it is a sport that can be played for as long as the body can hold up to it. Always working to reach his goals, Dr. Brett got his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology at Ohio University, his Masters in Human and Sports Nutrition from Logan University and his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Logan University. Dr. Brett became Certified by the Titleist Performance Institute and in turn, opened his path to continuing working with those young to experienced(older athletes) on enhancing their bodies to be able to work on, accel in and play the game of golf for years to come.
Adam has been involved with golf since the age of seven. He played golf professionally from 1995-2000 in over 50 events as well as serving as Assistant Golf Professional at Heritage Golf Club, Hilliard, Ohio from 1994-1996. Adam currently works as a Certified Golf Club Fitter for the Taylor Made Golf Company which he started in 2004 and continues to serve the Central Ohio Community in that regard. He started personal training individuals in 2010 as well as serving as Head Golf Coach at Omaha South High School in 2012. One of Adam's most successful clients includes 2014 PGA of America Player of the Year Bob Sowards. Adam was Director of Instruction at Little Bear Golf Club from 2012-2016. Currently he instructs as Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club, Powell, Ohio. Adam is certified through the American Fitness Institute, American Red Cross in CPR and First Aid. Adam will be TPI certifed as of March 2018.
Dr. Daniel Leonard
Dr. Daniel Leonard was a four year colligate athlete at Miami University and has been training athletes of all ages and experiences over the past six years. Dr. Leonard has traveled the Country learning from the leaders in sports performance and has a passion for working with rotational athletes. He is currently a Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization certified exercise specialist. Over the past three years, Dr. Leonard has also served as a performance consultant for IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fl.
